Please call or email us within 7 days of your delivery date.
NaturesWisdom will either replace the product(s) or issue you a refund after receiving the product(s) back in its original packaging. Refunds of any kind will not be entertained unless the order is returned in an undamaged and resalable condition.
A $10 fee will be imposed on orders that are refunded with the following reasons:
- Refund requested when customer makes a wrong product order that has already been delivered.
- Refund requested when products are received by the customer in good condition, but the customer decides to return it for no valid reason.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment of which the original purchase was made. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the personal purchase limit set by your country before making purchases.
NaturesWisdom will review each order on a case by case basis.
