Holle 3-grain cereal is suitable as part of a mixed weaning diet beginning at 6 months. It’s made with a base of Demeter quality whole grain corn flour and organic whole grain rice flour and millet.

Holle 3-grain cereal is also enriched with thiamin (vitamin B1) which is important for proper cell function and helps to promote healthy growth and development in babies and children. 

This low-allergen cereal is gluten, egg, and lactose-free and contains no added sugar.

When preparing this cereal, it can be made as a dairy-free porridge, milk porridge, or mixed with any infant formula!
